Vegetarian Cuisines: Fruit Smoothies

Hi guys!  Today I will be showing you how to make smoothies.  This is an quick recipe that is easy to recreate.  It is also very delectable.  You don't have to be an vegetarian to eat this!  This is an amazing recipie for anybody.  This recipie is also 100% vegan for all of you vegans out there.  So, let's get started!

Smoothie

Ingredients:
  •  Frozen fruit
  •  Water/ milk (your preference)
  •  Sugar/ vanilla extract (optional)

Steps:

You will need a blender with a top.  Put the desired amount of fruit you would like inside of your blender.  If the smoothie is for multiple people, add more fruit, however if it is just for you, I would say don't add more than two handfulls.

Pour water or milk into the cup.  I suggest using a measuring cup and pouring it to about one
cup.  Now decide wether you want you smoothie to be thick or thin.  The more water/milk you add, the thinner your smoothie will be.  Add or subtract the water/milk from your smoothie based on your likings.  One cup of water has decent consistently, not too thick or thin.

Now, place your top on and constantly pulse your blender.       Try not to pulse it for too long.  This can destroy your blender.  You may need to stop and stir your drink every once and a while.  When you notice that your water/milk begins to look like a smoothie, put it on your lowest setting.

Once all your fruit is smashed, you can begin to add sugar or vanilla extract.  Personally, I don't think you need to add either, however try your smoothie and add if you want a sweeter taste.  Also, if you want your drink to be thinner, slowly add water, then blend, till you reached your desired consistency.

The finished product

Now, turn of your blender and enjoy your smoothie!  That's it!  I hope that you guys enjoyed this recipie.  Bye!!!

Mmm... It's so good
